MCX follow ITIL and are ISO 20000 certified
MCX have set up their IT service management processes to conform with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). The ITIL is a reference framework that streamlines IT management processes based on best practice. MCX have aligned their IT service management processes accordingly and hierarchically classified them based on authority and/or responsibility, which improves the services we deliver to our clients even more.
ISO 20000 certification
ITIL is solely based on practical experience and there are no possibilities for certification. MCX have therefore chosen to follow ITIL for the design of their IT service management processes, while certifying for ISO 20000. ISO 20000 is an international standard for IT Service Management (ITSM) and is based on a number of principles of quality management, such as profitability, reliability, consistency and efficiency. As ICU are now ISO 20000 certified, we are able, for all of the above to provide our customers with a higher quality of IT service management.
