Case: Radboud UMC & MCX, mutual trust is the basis

The cooperation between MCX and the Radboud University Medical Centre, the Radboud UMC, goes way back. Well over ten years ago, when the hospital transferred from an outdated hospital information system to the Oracle E-Business Suite ERP package, MCX was asked to take care of its technical management. From that moment onwards the cooperation between both parties developed into a close relationship of trust. “Confidence is key”, says Wally Janssen, Oracle EBS team leader at the Radboud UMC. “Ultimately MCX helps us to provide better care to our patients.”
