As early as 2013, Koç University decided to implement PeopleSoft Campus Solutions as its Student Information System. A year after going live, the university faced performance issues during enrollment periods. On the recommendation of CY2 and Oracle, they contacted MCX. At that time, MCX sent several consultants to Koç University on a no-cure-no-pay basis to conduct a performance investigation. Within two weeks, these issues were resolved. This gave Koç University sufficient confidence to outsource the technical management of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions to MCX from that point on.
