A fixed monthly fee and a dedicated point of contact
We deliver high-quality IT management every day for a fixed monthly fee. This gives you clarity on both what you receive and the associated costs, which are agreed from the moment a contract with MCX is signed. This prevents discussions about additional work, as these activities are always included in the price.
Because it is important to know who you are working with, MCX always works with dedicated technical point of contact. This allows us to keep up with knowledge of your application as well as client-specific details. Your dedicated contact also provides additional support and service, and you can always turn to him or her with questions or requests. In this way, our collaboration is clear, personal, and free of surprises.
Clearly structured
All agreements made regarding the technical management of technical applications at a tactical level are recorded in a Service Level Agreement (SLA). This specifies which services we deliver for your organisation, the required system availability, how quickly we respond in the event of a incident, and how quickly it is resolved. Clear, transparent, and without surprises afterwards.
Transparant
At an operational level, we also make working agreements and establish work procedures together. These agreements state the scope of the daily activities, such as backup and cloning procedures, as well as how and when patches are installed and the progress of a migration procedure. We record these agreements and procedures in a file that we call 'Agreements and Procedures'.
