With TOPdesk, the tickets can be immediately provided with standard answers, so that our customers receive a faster response. The system offers the possibility to standardize the execution of changes, which further reduces the risk of errors.
All customers have access to a Self Service Portal. This is a clear dashboard in which new tickets can be created and existing tickets can be viewed. The roll-out of TOPdesk will take place in the autumn of 2021.
