The Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities made quite a news item the last couple of days. Using the MCX website MCX would like to inform it's customers regarding any new developments surrounding these vulnerabilities. MCX has kept a close eye on all news in the past few days. Unfortunately, not all patches or workarounds have yet been released. Some updates made it even worse (unstable systems). When patches can be applied, MCX will inform it's customers personally. MCX has performed a risk analysis on these vulnerabilities. MCX estimates the risk of exploitation of these vulnerabilities as low. This is mainly based on the way MCX has setup it's infrastructure.
