Network incident

This morning an incident has occurred in the core network of MCX. The MCX infrastructure specialists immediately started an investigation to find the root cause of the incident. The service disruption was located in the Ede data center. Because of this customers, serviced from this data center, were unable to access their applications hosted by MCX. Next to this the MCX website and dashboard were inaccessible. In the mean time the incident has been resolved, except for a few individual cases. All customers can continue their service from MCX. Access to the MCX Dashboard is possible as well. MCX is currently researching the cause of the incident and will make sure that the chance of re-occurrence is minimised. Effected customers will receive an RCA of the incident with corresponding measures.
