I found out that these values are not obvious and easy to find. Through some wandering, I came into contact with Johan and started working for MCX on a project basis. I did find the values that motivate me so much here and, combined with a mutual click with colleagues, I stayed on as an HR professional and have now even become a permanent employee.

Although, in the HR profession, I feel at home, an IT organisation is new to me. I like the fact that colleagues take the time to explain to me what the job at MCX entails. Although I don't think this is a task for them, they talk about the IT profession with a lot of enthusiasm. Because MCX focuses specifically on technical management of Oracle software, the knowledge required is also specific. Colleagues learn from and with each other by sharing a lot of knowledge. I like the fact that time is taken for this and both work experience and the latest techniques are shared.

However, I do think that what MCX and its colleagues have to offer should be more widely known. Precisely because it is unique and positive. By structuring knowledge sharing more and combining it with recognised external training courses, development becomes even more accessible to current and new colleagues.
