May I introduce myself?

At MCX I will be involved in recruiting and negotiating with new employees, personnel administration, laws and regulations and based on that, I form step-by-step plans in order to give advice. Someone who takes care of HR matters for MCX and the employees so that they can do what they are good at; IT!

After two university bachelors and two university masters (of which Business Administration: HRM was the last), I worked as a recruiter, consultant, HR assistant and then as an HR specialist. In short: theoretical studies with a practical approach, and practical work experience with a theoretical approach.

In my spare time I like to put on my roller skates and put on “roller skating music”, or put on my most colorful sports outfit and dance to Zumba music. Since I also teach this, I might be able to teach my colleagues some Zumba knowledge too!

I live in the center of Apeldoorn with my boyfriend. We have a lovely roof terrace where you can sit with a book or with friends. In rain and wind we prefer to sit inside and compete with each other in a game of Carcassonne or Catan.

But best of all, I like to stand on top of a snowy mountain, tie my snowboard under my boots so that I can carve down a freshly groomed slope… or go off-piste to make fresh tracks in the deep snow on a challenging mountain slope. There is nothing better than the breathtaking view, the fresh mountain air and of course the fun!
